A hidden gem. This single origin offers notes of wild beetroot, brown sugar, honey and jasmine. Through our Sipporanu Co-operative in Buntu Ledo, Toraja, located 1600 - 1900 masl, harvest season is between April to September with temperatures ranging from as low as 8 degrees celcius all the way up to 36 degress celcius during the middle of the day.
